What are typical lead times?
Normally two to three weeks on pipe orders, three to four weeks for fittings, five to six weeks if coatings or linings are required. We normally have pipe in stock from 6" to 20"

Does Naylor Pipe have a minimum order quantity?
No. An advantage to the spiralweld process is its relatively quick set up time and low set up scrap production. We may not be running your required size, but if we are running a similar size we can tie in your requirement with that similar run.

Does Naylor manufacture elbows, and other fittings?
Yes. We fabricate elbows, tees, wyes, and reducers in Naylor standard dimensions or your specified dimensions. For more information see page 13 of our catalog.

We can manufacture any diameter from 4" I.D. to 96" O.D. to within 1/64 of an inch.

How many wall thickness are available?
#14 Ga. (.074"), #12 Ga. (.104"), #10 Ga. (.134"), #8 Ga. (.164"), for Lockseam and any wall thickness from .134" to .500" for spiral buttweld.

Naylor pipe is inspected as it comes off of the machine and before it ships. We hydrostatically test our pipe in house if the specification requires.
